First-time customer who will go back again. And again. And again. I ordered the Fishwich with chipps and the Chick Parade (chicken tenders, fish, and chips). My son loved the Fishwich & the chicken tenders (the portions were generous enough for sharing). The tenders were delicious & the fish was sweet & airy. The special seasoning on the chipps should have a patent. The homemade cilantro lime & honey mustard sauces each had a nice balance of flavors. My favorite item, however, was the hush puppies, served piping hot with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. I confess that I ate three of these on the way home. My grandmother loved to go out to eat fish & chips and The Chippery brought back the memories of the meals that I shared with her. Most importantly, as the other reviews note, you will receive genuinely friendly service. The Chippery is all that and a bag of chipps!

Food and service outstanding. There is no atmosphere. It's a roadside stand. You need to like fried foods.

First time there. My Fish and Chips was delicious. The fish was awesome. I also ordered coleslaw. Perfect. It was the best I've had out in years. The Onion Rings were perfect for me. This spot is suited for takeout primarily. There were 2 seats only, and little space for alot of people indoors. I ordered the two piece meal and only finished one piece of fish. They were large pieces.

Close your eyes and think of a side of the road fish shack....boom...this is it. Small little place with a friendly chef. Had fried shrimp and chips, were awesome. Going back to try some more off the menu...coke in a bottle...yum... spent 20 and I'm stuffed. Its worth it.

We got 2 platters: Fish & chips, and also the Crabwich. Fish and chips were really good. Crabwich is a deep fried soft shelled crab - was ok. Wasn’t expecting the texture of soft crab shell.

**I must first say the customer service at this chain is incredible. My original order from here was not so great abs they immediately took every step to make sure I had a better experience the 2nd time around. Speaking with the manager chain Tim and the staff at the Elizabeth location I am happy today at I’ll be coming back. I tried the fried fish and shrimp with cilantro sauce. Food was was fried perfectly and hot still when I got home and the seasoning was very delicious. Make sure you request extra seasoning on your food if you’re used to bold flavor on fish like myself. Overall great experience and a big thank you to the team for giving me a better experience!

Simply the best fried fish you can find. Someone should put an addiction warning on the containers!

Good food and reasonable price for fish and chips. They use basa fish which is a type of catfish. Luckily I prefer catfish when I eat fried fish. Their potato's are seasoned in old Bay and was cooked right. Lacking seats inside but a perfect place to go during summer. I'd pass on the calamari. The homemade coleslaw was delicious and also the shrimp was good size and cooked right. They have sauces to pick from. I tried Chipotle and was good for the fries. Prefer just tarter sauce for fish. Would visit again. 2 strips is probably more than enough next time I visit.
